Storyline:
After a brutal breakup and years of emotional walls, Ree cautiously re-enters the dating world through a popular app. But what starts as innocent online flirting turns into a waking nightmare when her secret admirer reveals a twisted obsession. As Ree’s life unravels, she must fight to survive a deadly cat-and-mouse game with a masked predator who knows her every move.

30 to 40 years old, Black woman. Guarded, introspective, and quietly resilient. After a traumatic breakup, she’s trying to rebuild her life but is emotionally vulnerable. Must portray a wide emotional range, from tender to terrified, and handle physical struggle scenes.

[NEIL / THE SAD EYES KILLER / LEAD]
Late 30s to 50 years old, Caucasian man. Slender to average build, eerie presence, childlike social awkwardness masking violent obsession. Works as a janitor but is secretly a predator who stalks women online under the alias “William_87.” Must convey menace both with and without the Sad Eyes mask.

[DRAYA / SUPPORTING]
Late 20s to 30s, Black woman. Ree’s best friend, outspoken, confident, protective. Works as a therapist but gets caught in the nightmare. Must handle both comedic banter and emotional scenes, including horror and action sequences.

[DETECTIVE TURNER / SUPPORTING]
40s, any ethnicity, male. Calm, focused investigator trying to help Ree. Must convey quiet authority and concern. Appears in the aftermath scenes.

[TIMOTHY / SUPPORTING]
30s to 50s, any ethnicity, male. Ree’s concerned neighbor. Brief but pivotal role, must handle emotional tension and shocking death scene.

[PAUL / SUPPORTING]
50s to 60s, Caucasian man. Neil’s former janitorial supervisor. Gruff, no-nonsense, confronts Neil before meeting a violent end.

[EXTRAS / ENSEMBLE]
