Job description

DREAM BUILDERS ACADEMY
Training Tomorrow’s Talent – Powered by Digital Media Studios

1. WHAT IS DREAM BUILDERS ACADEMY?
Dream Builders Academy is a structured, in-person training program developed by Digital Media Studios to guide fresh talent — from entry-level to industry-ready.

Led by Studio Executive & Industry Veteran Orlando Eric Street, the Academy provides weekly instruction, hands-on creative development, and clear access to the world of professional media production. It's not just about learning — it’s about building the next generation of creators, leaders, and on-screen voices.

2. WHY WE CREATED IT
Dream Builders Academy was created to fill a gap — the lack of access, structure, and development for local creatives who have the talent, but not the roadmap.

As Digital Media Studios continues to expand its production slate, there is a growing need for trained, dependable creatives in every department. Instead of outsourcing, we’ve built a track to train and elevate talent from within our own community.

This program was built as a real pipeline:
A track from rookie to lead.
From interest to income.
From potential to professionalism.

3. WHAT WE DO
Every week, Dream Builders Academy hosts in-person training at our Baton Rouge studio, led by Orlando Eric Street. Each class is focused on practical development, creative growth, and preparing students for real opportunities in the film and television space.

4. ABOUT DIGITAL MEDIA STUDIOS
Digital Media Studios is an active, independent production company delivering original content every month — including feature films, scripted series, and reality programming.

With a full in-house workflow — from development to distribution — we create professional-grade content for national release. This is a working studio, not a training facility. Our deadlines are real. Our projects are ongoing.

Dream Builders Academy serves as a development track that allows us to grow our creative ecosystem and eventually pull rising talent into studio roles, casts, and crews.

5. WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN
If you’ve got the interest, the passion, or the raw ability — but no structure or access — this program was built for you.

Whether your goal is to act, write, direct, build, edit, or lead — Dream Builders Academy is a pathway that starts with training and leads to opportunity. It’s the bridge between where you are and where you could be.

6. WHAT YOU CAN GAIN
Weekly live classes with professional instruction

Real-world creative insight from a working studio

Personal development, technical training, and industry exposure

The chance to rise through the ranks and eventually earn placement in real productions

Access to a growing network of filmmakers, producers, and creative professionals
